Setting up Anti-SPAM Header and Footer

Inside your Autoresponder, I recommend that you set up the fields for Header and Footer to stop SPAM complaints.

Make sure that the two boxes for Header and Footer are checked to ENABLED when you send your emails, else these fields won't be sent with your message.

Where to put the Code

Just copy and paste the code in the YELLOW below into the Header and Footer fields inside your Autoresponder.

Header Instructions

Some people use the Header field to promote products or services from their site. However this could be risky in today's environment where SPAM is a huge issue. To ensure that your email isn't tagged as SPAM, I recommend that you include the following two lines in your standard header, and send it with each email.

Footer Instructions

By including the users Name, Email, Signup Date, and IP Address in the bottom of each message, you will reduce the amount of SPAM complaints from people on your list.

The following footer is what I use on all my emails, and has reduced my SPAM complaints as well as seen as favorable to my list members. By telling them that you respect their right to opt-out at any time, I've found that they actually stay longer !
